whoa.. thats sick.. but you should always wash with a hypoallergenic soap thats sold at drug stores to keep bacterias and unhealthy odors at bay. stay clean!

Yes it's possible. The water doesn't get all the dried poo particles and over time they can stain the area. Watch a lot of porn and you will notice the differences of coloring in that area between each woman.

I've never heard that before, but I'm sure it will become discolored after a while like anything else that is unwashed for a long period of time. Using water should be efficient in quick situations, but generally you should use soap and water. Not washing is a good way to get bacterial infections.
